Disclosure and Barring Service

Preparing Contracts and Agreements

This document sets out the care service’s policy on how it develops its contractual relationships with the people to whom it provides services, and how they could end.

This policy shows how the care service ensures effective communication with service users and those involved in their care throughout its relationships with them to comply with the
requirement made under the Health and Social Care Act 2012
